LOKAHI : Day 3 – Emotional Harmony

The third day of the LOKAHI Community Living Camp, held on 23 October 2025, began at 9:00 a.m. with the morning assembly. The session was anchored by Jesna and Vaishnavi, while the prayer song was led by Muhsina, Anushree, Riya, and Jincy. The thought for the day was presented by Amitha, and the news update was given by Akhila and Jaimi. The theme of the day — “Emotional Harmony” — was beautifully introduced by Mrs. Neethu, and Arunima Rachel shared the day’s special highlights.

At 10:00 a.m., a captivating session titled “Manomukham” was conducted by Mr. Shivaprakash, a renowned mentalist and mind reader. His thought-provoking interactions and mind-reading demonstrations offered deep insights into understanding emotions and maintaining inner balance, perfectly aligning with the day’s theme.

By 12:00 noon, the energy level soared with “Dhamakka”, a vibrant Zumba dance performance by HLS Studio, Kollam – Harry & Team. The lively session infused everyone with positivity and enthusiasm, creating an atmosphere of joy and togetherness.

After lunch, we embarked on a journey to Kuttikanam, Idukki, leaving at 2:00 p.m. The scenic ride was filled with laughter and camaraderie among the campers. By 6:00 p.m., we reached Panchalimedu, where the serene mist and breathtaking views created a moment of emotional calm and reflection.

Later, at 8:30 p.m., a lively campfire was held, filling the night with warmth and laughter. Accommodation for the night was arranged at the Manjummel Province Peerumedu, Kuttikkanam Ashram, and Convent, bringing the day to a joyful close filled with cherished memories and togetherness.

The day was a perfect blend of emotional connection, joyful expression, and inner reflection — truly embodying the spirit of LOKAHI and the harmony within oneself and others.
