The Workshop on Stress Management, provided participants with valuable insights and practical tools to cope with stress in both personal and professional life. Led by Dr. Sreejith Nair, a psychologist, the session covered essential topics such as the types and effects of stress, along with effective stress management techniques like mindfulness, deep breathing, and time management.

Through engaging activities like meditation and communication games, participants gained hands-on experience in managing stress. The workshop was particularly beneficial for B.Ed. trainees, offering strategies to handle stress in educational settings, which can be applied to improve both personal well-being and teaching practices. The session proved to be an enriching experience, offering practical solutions to combat stress and promote a balanced, healthy lifestyle.

The workshop on stress management is an essential component of the B.Ed. second semester curriculum, recognizing the significant impact stress can have on both personal well-being and professional performance. As future educators, B.Ed. trainees are often faced with the pressures of managing classrooms, handling students' needs, and balancing academic responsibilities.
